Purchasing

We ask you to provide us with your e-mail address and other specified information prior to the placement of your order for our products. After the completion of your order placement through the Site, we issue a proforma invoice for each order, confirm details of the order and ship the item purchased following confirmation of receipt of your payment. We recognize a point of payment receipt as the establishment of a transaction agreement. We reserve the right to refuse your order, in whole or part, for certain reasons. In such cases, we notify you of our order refusal using the contact information that you provided to us in advance. We and our affiliates are not liable for any damage incurred by you or breakdown of communications between you and us as a result of negligence on your part to provide us with relevant information necessary for our servicing.

Payment

Following an order placement for our products, you must confirm a proforma invoice for your order and make payment of the amount specified by transfer to the following bank account. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars only, and bank transfer fees shall be at your expense. After confirmation of the receipt of your payment, we will start the shipping procedures for the item purchased.

Shipping and Handling

The shipping schedule, shipping and handling charges and other information relating to your order are disclosed via the Check Out page on the Site and the proforma invoice. Please note, however, that any customs duties levied by your country's customs clearance agency shall be paid at your expense, and you must make appropriate payment to your shipping agent directly. In the event that you fail to pay customs duties, we will not be able to complete our delivery, and the item you purchased will be returned to us regardless of the circumstances. In such cases, you shall be responsible for all expenses required for returning the item to us, and we will make a reimbursement of the amount of your payment for the item after subtracting the expenses incurred for the product return. In some cases, we may charge additional fees.

Return Policy

We adhere to the strictest product quality assurance policy. Nevertheless, should you receive any product with initial defects including those that fail or exhibit trouble within 15 days after delivery through no fault on your side, or those that were damaged during delivery please contact us promptly to report such problems. When we conclude that such product failure or trouble is due to initial defects, we will make a refund in full or replace the damaged goods free of charge. In such cases, we will assume the responsibility for expenses associated with product replacement. Please note, however, that in under no circumstances shall we be liable for any amount in excess of the purchase price of the product to be replaced.

Refund Policy

In the event that we agree to accept your claim regarding a product with initial defects and you wish to receive a refund for the item purchased, we will pay the amount by bank transfer to a bank account that you specify.

Cancellation of Orders

When cancelling your order, please contact us at least three days before the shipping date printed on the proforma invoice that you have received. Requests for order cancellation thereafter will not be accepted. In such cases, we will make a refund in the amount of your payment for the item purchased after subtracting the amount of expenses required for the refund procedures. In some cases, we may charge additional fees.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee that our products do not have material-related and structural defects that prevent their normal use in accordance with the usage and use conditions set forth on the Site. Such product guarantee (the "Guarantee") shall remain effective over a six-month period after product delivery. The Guarantee does not apply, however, in the case of: (1) accidents; (2) improper and inappropriate use; (3) unauthorized repair and maintenance; (4) use outside of the usage and use conditions specified by us; (5) negligence in necessary maintenance; (6) age deterioration and wear damage through normal use; (7) damage attributable to external factors; and (8) other incorrect usage. Also, our products shall be used for purposes described on the Site and shall not be used for critical components of nuclear power facilities, medical equipment or the like. We define critical components as all those that will be the direct cause of failures or breakdown in such equipment and systems or that will negatively affect the safety and performance of such equipment and systems in the event of their malfunctioning.

Disclaimer

We and our affiliates are not liable for any damage to the products that you purchased through the site and for any damage that you incurred through the use of our products, except for cases involving our errors, intentionally or negligently. Also, we and our affiliates are not liable for any damage caused indirectly through the use of our products. Even in the event that we and our affiliates shall be liable for damage caused, We and our affiliates will not assume responsibility for any amount in excess of the purchase price of the product.

Nontransferable

You are not allowed to transfer your contractual status or to transfer your rights and obligations as agreed upon in the transaction terms herein, in whole or part, to third parties without our prior written consent. Also, even in the event that a section of these transaction terms were adjudicated invalid, illegal or inapplicable by local jurisdiction, the other sections shall remain valid, legal and applicable.

Governing Law/Venue

Relevant Taiwanese laws and regulations shall be applied to the interpretation of and legal disputes relating to these terms of use, transaction terms, privacy policy and the overall content of the Site. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not be applied to these matters. Any legal disputes between you and us shall be put to Pan-Qiao city court in R.O.C.
